QUICKBOOKS® ACCOUNTING SET-UP & SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
This
basic package includes the installation of QuickBooksâ
on a Windows Operating System 98 or above, Pentium computer and company setup.
The client will also receive instruction on:

Entering
sales and processing cash receipts
-
Entering bills and processing cash payments
-
Printing checks and invoices
-
Entering A/R, A/P and general ledger
-
Generating reports, such as Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements
-
Registering the software to receive 30 days of free telephone consultation from
the manufacturer
-
Using the Help functions from QuickBooks® and the Intuit
web site
All rates are for setup on an existing system with all parts in working
order and no software conflict. Further on-site consultation is available through our support
packages. Software is not included.
INSTALLATION and TRAINING PACKAGE
$495.00
Includes training on specific reporting
Installation services provided from (8:30am to 4:30pm M-F).
All installation and training services under this package will be
performed in a single visit with a maximum of 3½ hours.
All other on-site services will be charged at our standard hourly rate of
$100.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Port
to port charges are billed at one half the above rates.
Any support services on holidays, weekends, or after normal business
hours are billed at one-and-a-half times the hourly rate.
